Year of Yoga Practice (YYP)

YYP is a devoted community of yogis meeting monthly for a themed practice. It’s full of like-minded practitioners, also wanting to broaden their practice. The Saturday group is more of a Level 2, and the Sunday group a Level 3. While most people commit at the beginning of the year, there is sometimes still the chance to join at a later date, space permitting.
